Project Manager
About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of multiple capital projects ranging from $250K to $5M. This position is ideal for someone who can manage scope, schedules, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders while keeping project execution organized and moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments while coordinating day-to-day project management activities.
- Develop project scope and schedules, and actively track performance against timelines and critical path milestones.
- Identify and address project risks, logistical concerns, budget considerations, and scope changes in a proactive manner.
- Cook up vendor RFPs, negotiate with contractors and subcontractors, prepare status reports, process invoices, and maintain project files and financial documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 to 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Experience in project management or construction management, including managed capital projects.
- Ability to prepare and track budgets, understand technical requirements for construction and renovation projects, and work with architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members.
- Ability to adapt, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced team or independent environment.
