Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Uses loss details to begin mobilizing resources.
- Conducts a walk-through focusing on safety, BI needs, customer concerns, and emergency services.
- Establishes a safety, stabilization, BI, and emergency services plan.
- Communicates with the customer and key stakeholders.
- Directs the Resource Coordinator/Supply Supervisor in planning site organization and transportation needs.
- Ensures all work and time is accounted for.
- Develops the full scope of services.
- Creates and finalizes resource need timelines, project organizational chart, projected milestones, and detailed project tasks and work orders.
- Reviews the full scope of services with the Project Coordinator.
- Conducts an initial project planning meeting with the APM, SS, PCA, and HSO.
- Conducts daily management meetings with the APM, SS, PCA, and HSO.
- Ensures proper operations, documentation, and communication.
- Addresses customer needs daily.
- Defines daily work orders based on progress and customer communications.
- Evaluates project progress daily.
- Troubleshoots issues as necessary.
- Directs demobilization, final documentation, and documentation compilation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage and work with others.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, especially in scheduling and conflict resolution.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training certification.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, AMRT, CDS, TCST).
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.
- Varying shift hours, typically 8-10 hours per day.
- Sitting, standing, and walking for prolonged periods.
- Traveling locally and out of state as needed.
