About the role

SEKISUI Aerospace is hiring team members in various departments, including Project Management, for our Orange City, IA location. Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with programs, engineering, supply chain, and other key functions to ensure project priorities and work are well-understood and actively managed to support commitments.
  • Identifies the critical path for each project and escalates risks, constraints, and blockers related to equipment, people, material, facilities, etc. to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables.
  • Buils and maintains schedules, tools, analytics, and status reports to highlight project performance and support planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and project closure activities.
  • Works with Program Management to plan and accurately capture and control project costs using Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Participates in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) to further promote visibility of project performance, constraints, risks, and impacts.
  • Participates in the preparation of bids, process specifications, test and progress reports, and other program processes as required.

Requirements

  • Must possess a high attention to detail.
  • Able to communicate concisely and build trust and effective working relationships with a project team.
  • Working knowledge of composites, composite manufacturing, project management, build-to-print manufacturing, project scheduling, or the ability and willingness to learn these areas.
  • Working knowledge of MS Project, SmartSheet, or other Project Management/Swimlane tools.
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (B.S., B.A.) in Business, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Operations Management, or similar from four-year college or university; or four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Very proficient with Microsoft office products, document control systems, and databases.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Day Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, additional overtime hours as needed.
