Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager ensures projects are completed via the Schneider Electric CPP.B process and that all project documents are securely stored and tracked throughout the project execution, creating a best-in-class customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site project interface with General Contractors and Mechanical Contractors, coordinating daily activities, resolving field issues, and ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and safety requirements.
- Demonstrate strong technical proficiency in Building Automation Systems (BAS) to assess scope changes and independently develop accurate change orders, including labor, material, and system impacts.
- Manage and drive the successful execution of multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope.
- Lead and conduct all required departmental reviews and project turnovers throughout each project lifecycle phase (Sales to Operations, Operations to Sales, Design, Execution, and Operations to Service).
- Maintain full accountability for overall project quality, execution standards, and the completeness and accuracy of all project documentation.
- Own overall project portfolio financial performance, including forecasting, cost control, and margin management.
- Monitor and control project progress and budgets, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability.
- Develop, maintain, and actively manage detailed project schedules to support coordination and achievement of delivery milestones.
- Build and sustain strong customer relationships through consistent, high-quality project execution and professional communication.
- Contribute to the Schneider Electric Project Manager community by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve project-related issues through effective management of RFIs, field surveys, and comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
- A high school diploma is required.
- 4+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of and proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including professional project scheduling programs.
- Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- OSHA 30 certification required (training will be provided if not currently certified).
- PMP certification preferred.
Qualifications

Pay
The expected compensation range is $101,600 - $152,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
