Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Assembles, coordinates, and manages multidisciplinary technical review teams
- Manages the design and development of MEP/FP/IT/AV/Security construction documents
- Interfaces with engineering discipline leads for proper resource allocation
- Directs and oversees project teams for the duration of planning, design, and construction
- Manages and controls project progress throughout the design and construction administration
- Ensures timely completion of activities and adherence to project milestones
- Ensures adherence to internal project budgets
- Develops scope of work and fees for proposals
- Liaises with clients and maintains client relationships
- Maintains a culture of unparalleled responsiveness
- Assists in contract management, including scope adherence, fee control, and collection of receivables
- Facilitates and troubleshoots a myriad of challenges associated with the development of complex systems
- Responds to inquiries about projects
- Chairs various project review and pre-submittal meetings
- Attends client meetings
Qualifications And Experience
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in mechanical or electrical consulting engineering
- Familiarity with new construction and renovation projects
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or Licensed Professional Engineer
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously
Compensation & Benefits
- The expected base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $165,000 USD per year.
