About the role
Develop scope of work details (assumptions, project plan, timing, allocations, and budget) for all print projects, monitor, and communicate information to extended team
Manage print and digital projects including digital banner ads, email campaigns, and websites
Establish and communicate daily team priorities and next steps, lead team hot sheet and status meetings
Oversee client regulatory requirements to ensure accuracy
Make proactive recommendations to help ensure efficiency and quality
Participate in new business pitches and special projects as assigned
Responsibilities
- Develop scope of work details (assumptions, project plan, timing, allocations, and budget) for all print projects, monitor, and communicate information to extended team
- Manage print and digital projects including digital banner ads, email campaigns, and websites
- Establish and communicate daily team priorities and next steps, lead team hot sheet and status meetings

- Participate in new business pitches and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Expertly manage offline projects, digital banners, email campaigns, landing pages and microsites by consistently following and enforcing the DDBH process and following client-specific guidelines
- Prepare and upload all MLR submissions including coordination with appropriate client contacts
Qualifications
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of agency experience
Skills
- Strong work ethic
- Natural ability to help teams unite toward a common goal
- Experience managing projects using Microsoft Project or Smartsheets
- Understanding of the lifecycle of projects

$70,000 - $97,000
Schedule
Minimum of three days a week in the office, with a goal to increase this requirement over time.
