Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise property restoration projects
• Manage teams of technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of restoration tasks
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements

• Experience in property restoration or construction industry
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required
