Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution including planning, scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery
• Serve as the primary liaison to Program Managers, providing updates on project status, risks, and resource needs
• Lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Drive financial performance through cost tracking, capital request support, and scope management
• Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks while ensuring speed to market and manufacturability standards (DFM)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience within manufacturing, mechanical, or hardware-focused environments
• Ability to thrive in a chaotic, fast-paced, high-pressure environment with constant change (non-process-heavy)
• Strong personality and work ethic; proactive, dependable, and coachable with willingness to support and grow into the role
• Comfortable starting in a support capacity under Program Managers, with strong stakeholder communication skills and conflict resolution ability; PMP certification preferred
• Willingness to travel 50–60% domestically (RTP, NC / Santa Clara, CA) initially, tapering over time

Pay

Compensation for the Project Manager includes: Salary range: $70,000-$100,000
