What You Will Contribute To OHM Advisors
OHM Advisors is seeking a Project Manager to help lead and expand our civil engineering services in our St. Petersburg office.
Responsibilities
- Manage civil engineering projects from planning and design through construction.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring successful project delivery and strong client relationships.
- Lead project teams, including engineers and technical staff across multiple OHM Advisors offices.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful and efficient delivery.
- Serve as Engineer of Record when applicable and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and permitting requirements.
- Cover project coordination with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers within the St. Petersburg office.
- Support proposal development, client engagement, and continued growth of civil engineering services in the region.
- Contribute to a collaborative, supportive environment focused on technical excellence and long-term growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Florida (required).
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on site development and/or municipal infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience managing engineering projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with Florida permitting processes.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Interest in contributing to the continued growth of civil engineering services in the Tampa Bay region.
