About the role
The Project Manager will oversee the direction, completion, and financial outcome of assigned projects performed by Northwest Cascade's heavy construction division. They will also have the opportunity to plan, organize, and orchestrate construction projects efficiently, ensuring proper scheduling and coordination of resources.
Responsibilities
- Ensure proper scheduling and coordination of resources.
- Review project specifications and ensure contractor and sub-contractor compliance.
- Interface with customers to ensure their needs and definitions of quality are met.
- Evaluate proposals and contracts to determine client needs and compliance with company standards.
- Foster, promote, and ensure good standing relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Responsible for job profitability, project start-up, budget tracking, and schedule development updates and adherence.
- Ensure that all paperwork, including submittals, billings, payments to subcontractors, government reporting, are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Assist in estimating new projects.
Requirements
- Prefer B.S. or equivalent in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction and project management.
- Broad understanding of the heavy construction industry including a variety of pre-construction work, such as planning, design, and constructability review, value engineering, and scheduling.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Proficiency in HCSS estimating and management software or a similar program is strongly preferred.

Pay
$110,000 - $140,000 Annual Salary. Paid Weekly.
Schedule
Year-round FT+ work.
