Project Manager
Position Type: Admin/Professional – Full Time, Pay Grade: MN9
About the Role
This position manages communications, planning, implementation, review, assessment, and promotion of projects related to the College of Pharmacy’s Office of Student Success. The role supports student-focused initiatives from strategic planning, task force/committee recommendations, and accreditation requirements, including the student advising program and academic student success program. The Project Manager interacts internally and externally to provide operational implementation of program objectives in a collaborative academic environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage short and long-term organizational goals of projects in accordance with the overall workplan.
- Maintain, configure, and analyze confidential, complex information and reports (e.g., financial/academic databases, publications, project status reports).
- Provide project management and support to project leads and teams; design or assist with the development of new programs or projects.
- Lead project teams and provide guidance to team members.
- Collaborate with shared University units to advance project objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between the University and partner collaborators to support key project activities.
- Manage project communications with key stakeholders, including higher education and healthcare professionals and executives.
- Assist in budget development and operational plans for selected programs; provide fiscal planning and oversight.
- Monitor expenses, reconcile P-cards, track expenditures, and develop financial reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum one-year related work experience in a project support role with responsibilities for project management, communications, and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant experience in project management, project management certification, or a master’s degree.
- Experience in higher education, clinical settings, or project management.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to utilize a phone, computer, and other office equipment.

Pay
Starting salary range: $55,259 – $63,486, commensurate with experience.
