Project Manager

About the role

Mphasis is seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in project management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.

Pay

The salary range for this position is ₹5,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
