The Role
We’re hiring a Project Manager who doesn’t just track projects—but drives them. You will be fully accountable for project success—from estimating handoff to final delivery. That means schedule, budget, execution, communication, and results. No handholding. No passing the buck.
What You’ll Own
- Manage all phases of projects from estimating handoff to completion
- Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and execution plans
- Cook up and coordinate all project activities, meetings, and deliverables
- Communicate with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation, logs, and reports
- Review financials, WIP, and project performance
- Cook up invoicing and logistics including barge scheduling when required
What You'll Oversee
- Direct and coordinate with project manager assistants
- Absorb the interviewing, hiring, and training of new employees
- Assign work and guide as required
- Resolve issues and support team development
What you'll Bring
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, planning, and tracking skills required
- Must exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask by handling projects simultaneously
