General Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, direction, and delivery of construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
• Manage forecasting, reporting, and accurate project documentation.
• Ensure effective use of processes, technology, and team resources.
• Support business development efforts and mentor project staff.
• Collaborate across departments to achieve project and company objectives.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and other team members.
• Represent the company professionally at industry events and networking groups.
• Uphold all safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Education/Experience
