Job Title: Project Manager Location: Milford, OH 45150 (100% onsite) Duration: 12 months Required Technical Skill Set Nuclear /Defence, Project Management, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Desired Experience Range 5~12 Years Must Have Export control scope experience related to Nuclear/Defence Project Management Project Manager Assignment and Leadership Provide a dedicated Project Manager to lead and oversee the supplier team. Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related communications. Coordinate work assignments and resource allocation across all service tasks. Conduct regular team meetings and escalate issues, risks, and blockers. Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and business procedures and quality requirements. Facilitate onboarding, training, continuity, backup coverage, and governance reviews. Weekly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting Submit weekly KPI reports every Monday covering the prior week's performance. Include Change Action throughput, cycle time, backlog aging, First Pass Yield, rejection and rework analysis, PLM object creation and revision, and trend information. Provide weekly reporting for Technical Writing and for Document Control Additional Project Management Deliverables Monthly Performance Summary Resource Utilization Report Risk and Issue Log Continuous Improvement Plan Personnel Roster and Skills Matrix Service Level Agreement Compliance Customer Satisfaction Surveys Skills: EIS : Plant Design Engineering - Process Experience Required: 6-8
