Project Manager
Job Description
Manage multiple construction projects from inception through completion.
Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
Cookordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
Review contracts, project plans, and specifications.
Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and project buyout activities.
Monitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain profitability.
Sure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Oversee project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and closeout processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
