Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish, including project organization, maintaining schedule, meeting customer needs and managing projects costs
- Provide the best customer service in the industry
- Cultivate an open communication environment
- Preparing status reports and facilitating project meetings
- Establishing effective project communication plans as well as the execution of said plans
- Coinciding with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, budgets, deadlines, and schedules
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Preparing status updates by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
- Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the appropriate stakeholders
- Identifying and developing new project process improvements opportunities with the team
- Obtaining cross functional and cross organizational team’s acceptance of project deliverables
- Managing cross functional and cross organizational team’s need as well as satisfaction within project period
- Conducting post project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements

- Able to read drawings and technical specifications of CAD work
- Financial aptitude with knowledge of or ability to learn business concepts related to sales and marketing, forecasting, negotiating deals, estimating and tracking product and project costs
- Able to negotiate with customers, suppliers and coworkers
- Able to effectively balance between customer satisfaction and optimizing financial returns
Education and/or Experience
- Required: A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Engineering, Project Management, or similar)
- Proven experience in project management (3-5 years)
- Budget management experience
- Prior team management experience
