Responsibilities
- Serve as the operational leader responsible for successful execution of all task order activities, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Act as the primary day-to-day interface with government leadership, building trusted relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, consultants, cybersecurity professionals supporting a large-scale enterprise systems.
- Manage program execution, including schedules, staffing, deliverables, budgets, risks, dependencies, and contractual performance requirements.
- Ensure successful delivery of all contract deliverables, reports, milestones, and customer commitments.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and team members to resolve complex technical and operational challenges.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program health, staffing, risks, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with customer security requirements, agency policies, and contractual obligations.
- Mentor team members, establish accountability, and foster a culture of delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required. 4 years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- 9 + years of professional experience in program/project management.
- Project Management Experience that includes Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning.
- Experience managing customer-facing technology delivery programs involving multiple subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of program delivery, financial management, schedule management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD procurement policies.
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community (IC).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams supporting enterprise technology implementations.
- Experience managing subcontractors and government stakeholders in highly regulated environments.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to identify, escalate, and resolve complex program challenges while maintaining customer confidence and delivery performance.
