Project Manager

About the role

Manafort Brothers Incorporated is seeking experienced Construction Project Managers for its Plainville, CT and Cumberland, RI offices, and also for its subsidiaries Manafort-Precision, LLC and Manafort Transit, LLC in MA.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects valued in excess of $10M
• Work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Oversee quality control and safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements

• At least 10 years experience working as a project manager on projects valued in excess of $10M
• A four year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of construction
• Effective management techniques
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills
