Project Manager

About the role

In this role, you will lead and deliver capital projects within our manufacturing operations. You will manage projects from concept through execution and closeout, ensuring alignment with business objectives, safety standards, budget, and timeline commitments.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Orangeburg plant in leading end-to-end execution of capital projects (equipment installations, facility upgrades, process improvements, expansions).
• Provides ad hoc support for the France and Asia locations.
• Conducts feasibility studies, assesses staffing needs, compiles cost and equipment requirements, and prepares appropriation requests.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, Safety, and external vendors.
• Identifies project risks and designs and implements solutions that align with economic, workforce, and environmental priorities.
• Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization.
• Maintains project performance and resolves issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Communicates clearly and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Consideration given to a Master's degree with 5 years related experience.
• At least 5–10 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Proven track record managing capital projects (e.g., equipment, facilities, automation).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, strong leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
• Able to travel up to 25%, including to global sites.

Qualifications

Pay

The salary range for the role is $115,440-$158,730.
