About the role
Responsible for overseeing civil engineering projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and budgets
- Manage team of engineers and contractors
- Oversee construction phases and ensure quality control
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates
- Ensure adherence to environmental and safety protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management software
- Knowledge of local and state building codes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
