Key Responsibilities
- Capture and organize after-build documentation and photos
- Complete check-off sheets and shipping information
- Validate engineering releases
- Provide warranty support coordination
- Plan and schedule installations
- Manage capacity planning with customers
- Follow up with vendors and purchase orders
- Maintain capacity planning and master production planning
- Serve as Schedule Auditor, tracking late or delayed projects
- Host weekly schedule meetings with production and project teams
- Prepare pipeline and capacity reports
- Report production output metrics
- Provide design change feedback to the engineering team
- Serve as backup support for order entry and release processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering background preferred
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proven problem-solving ability
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, production, vendors, and customers
