Project Manager

About the role

Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Project Manager with a TS/SCI security clearance to support ATS and our government customer at Fort Bliss, TX. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. Responsibilities

• Lead and directly supervise a team of 20+ IT professionals while actively participating in project delivery
• Plan, execute, and close out projects related to IT support services at various client locations
• Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and budgets aligned with contract requirements
• Cookdaily operations and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations
• Monitor and report project progress, risks, issues, and performance metrics to program leadership
• Manage project scope, schedule, and resources to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Serve as a technical liaison between the client, program management, and delivery teams
• Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and professional skills
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, service level agreements, and quality standards
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with other project managers and technical leads to ensure consistent service delivery
• Participate in client meetings and status reviews as a subject matter expert

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a directly related IT field with 7+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in a directly related IT field with 9+ years of experience
• Relevant education/experience in an IT discipline related to the assigned project area
• Experience working in DOW Computing Environments
• 5+ years of experience leading teams of 20 or more employees
• Security+ certification (or equivalent DOW Directive 8570.1 IAT II)
• At least one certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, etc.)

Desired Skills And Competencies

• PMP certification
• ITIL certification
• Experience working on federal contracts
• Familiarity with DOW acquisition processes
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies
• Advanced technical knowledge in one or more IT specialty areas
• Experience with IT service management tools
• Knowledge of quality management processes and continuous improvement techniques
• Experience with budget management and financial tracking
