Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Project Manager who will lead multiple concurrent technology initiatives, partnering closely with Product, Business, and Technology teams. This is not a project tracking or coordination role. This PM will independently drive execution, manage risks and dependencies, and confidently communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer-facing technology projects from initiation through delivery
• Drive project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and action items
• Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and technical teams
• Provide clear and concise executive-level project updates
• Lead project meetings and ensure accountability across stakeholders
• Present weekly project status updates to leadership
• Contribute to monthly executive presentations and reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple technology projects simultaneously
• Strong project ownership and accountability
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Jira and Confluence
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly messaging
• Experience presenting to leadership and executive audiences

Preferred Skills

• Customer experience or customer-facing technology experience
• Experience supporting large, complex portfolios
• Exposure to AI-enabled tools and initiatives
• Experience working within Agile environments

Work Environment

Location: St. Louis, MO or Charlotte, NC

Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 remote

Pay

The approximate pay range for this position is between $35.00 and $50.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
