Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of strategic initiatives across JRM. This role will be responsible for driving projects from planning through execution, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of strategic enterprise projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules and resource allocations across a portfolio of initiatives
- Serve as a key project leader on major programs, including JRM’s ERP implementation, ensuring coordination across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
- Partner with business units including Finance, Accounting, HR, Operations, and IT to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Cook up third-party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring accountability to scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Establish and enforce consistent project management standards, tools, and reporting practices across initiatives.
- Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when appropriate with recommended solutions.
- Lead project communications, providing clear and regular updates to leadership, stakeholders, and steering committees.
- Support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and adoption strategies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience.
- Experience within construction management or the construction industry is a plus.
- Experience managing complex, multi-phase projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
- Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, HRIS, financial systems, or SaaS platforms) preferred, but not required
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches).
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar certification preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Experience supporting change management and end-user adoption efforts.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable results.
Salary Information
To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - $150,000.
