We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing construction industry. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects from planning to closeout. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. This role requires proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure all milestones are achieved on time.
- Negotiate and administer subcontractor and vendor contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Utilize construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite to track project progress, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage project teams to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Implement effective time management strategies to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Oversee and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues or concerns and ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Proven ability to manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to closeout.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with experience administering subcontractor and vendor contracts.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
