Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction management, with a proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects.
- Extensive experience with budgeting, financial management, and cost control on construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
- Able to work effectively with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each one meets the required objectives and deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and other industry-related tools.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and regulations within the construction industry.
Benefits
- $165/week truck allowance
