Project Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, and timelines alongside stakeholders.
• Cook up internal and external resources, assign tasks, and motivate project teams.
• Track project progress against milestones, enforce quality control, and adjust work plans as needed.
• Identify potential issues, such as budget constraints or delays, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the central communication hub by providing regular status reports and managing client expectations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of proven experience in project coordination, management, or a related field.
• Methodologies: Strong familiarity with project management frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).
