Project Manager

About the role

A Project Manager opportunity with the new Greenville, SC office of an established NC based Commercial General Contractor. Client relationships brought them to the Greenville/Spartanburg market. Experience on high end corporate interiors, upfits, renovations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee design and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants
• Prepare and present project proposals and budgets
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Handle change orders and resolve conflicts
• Prepare and present project closeout documents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience
• Experience managing projects in the commercial interior, upfit, renovation, and adaptive reuse sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
