Project Manager

Job Summary

The Client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the modernization of their Reporting System. This role involves enhancing the current solution, automating business functions, and improving tracking, monitoring, and auditing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with stakeholders, project teams, and key decision-makers
• Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Comprehend and communicate complex technical designs and implementations as well as complex business processes
• Oversee the development of SDLC artifacts
• Ensure business requirements are met

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in project management for large-scale Enterprise Implementations
• 8+ years of experience in Federal/State project management
• 8+ years of experience in project management/systems analyst leading and managing legacy modernization projects
• 5+ years of experience in Project Delivery Framework
• 3+ years of experience in statewide systems
• 3+ years of experience in QAT process for major Information projects
• Experience with low code/no code solutions

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in managing complex projects
• Strong leadership skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of PMI framework, Project Delivery Framework, and QAT reporting requirements
• Experience with modernizing existing systems and automating business functions
