Responsibilities

• Runs structural steel projects from kickoff to closeout
• Creates detailed schedules that align shop, field, and client expectations
• Keeps budgets tight, contracts clean, and communication clear
• Represents High Plains with integrity and professionalism for clients and subs
• Reinforces high-quality standards daily in the field and behind the scenes
• Mentors and coaches internal teams to raise the bar across departments

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial construction management experience, with a preference for structural steel
• Proficiency in Tekla PowerFab and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong knowledge of AISC Code of Standard Practice
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and connection details
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in construction environments

Pay

$70,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience
