About the role
We'll count on you to plan and manage all aspects of building engineering design projects, specifically in the areas of Data Centers, Semiconductor, Industrial, and Infrastructure. You will also directly support the Senior Project Management team on large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Actively participates in project pursuits and developing project scope
- Independently coordinates work of professional staff of Architects and/or Engineers
- Establishes client relations and is involved in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
- Participates in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance
- Conducts work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with multidisciplinary staff
- Coeordinates workload through the entire project development and ensures completion of documents on schedule
- Tracks financial aspects of projects and coordinates and adjusts work effort with the team to ensure work is completed within agreed-upon schedule
- Facilitates/participates in project reviews in collaboration with Accounting and technical team management
- Performs other duties as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect required
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience
- The ability to interact with various design teams
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills
Qualifications
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field
