Project Manager

About the role

An area, well respected mechanical contractor is looking for a motivated individual to bring their mechanical experience to a growing dynamic team as an HVAC Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for various projects.
• Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the project meets their needs and specifications.

Requirements

• Experience in the sheet metal industry required.
• A Construction Management, Mechanical, Civil, or General Engineering degree preferred, or completion of a mechanical apprenticeship.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Access) and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements is a plus.
