Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate projects with several business partners both inside and outside of the Administrative Office of the US courts.
- Document project milestones and keep management appraised of progress and any risk to project completion.
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
- Create project plans and schedules.
- Work in a team environment and serve as proxy for other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 2 – 5 years (or commensurate experience)
- 4 years work experience may substitute the educational requirement
Required Skills And Experience
- 2 years as a project lead
- Ability to manage several IT projects at the same time
- Ability to track multiple deadlines in parallel
- Document agreements in documents that will be signed by executive leadership
- Build flow charts
- Program development lifecycle
- Project timelines or MS Project skills
- Time management
- Problem solving related to projects
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle competing work demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to do limited travel (0-4 times a year)
Preferred Skills And Experience
- PMP
- 2 Years’ experience with ITIL processes
