Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to a high standard.
• Schedule, participate in, and conduct project meetings.
• Oversee multiple projects, providing on-site supervision of various personnel.
• Review project documents, plans, and specifications; direct construction activities; resolve construction difficulties; coordinate field installations and project closings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring project cost, time, and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• Equivalent studies or experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred.
• Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.

Jobsite Visits

• Visit various jobsites to interact with crew, customers, foremen, and general contractors.
• Ensure proper job progress and promote safe behavior.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure project cost, time, and quality standards are met.
