Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to a high standard.
- Schedule, participate in, and conduct project meetings.
- Oversee multiple projects, providing on-site supervision of various personnel.
- Review project documents, plans, and specifications; direct construction activities; resolve construction difficulties; coordinate field installations and project closings.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring project cost, time, and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred.
- Equivalent studies or experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
- 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred.
- Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.

Jobsite Visits
- Visit various jobsites to interact with crew, customers, foremen, and general contractors.
- Ensure proper job progress and promote safe behavior.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure project cost, time, and quality standards are met.
