Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and staff electrical and mission critical construction projects.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, timely, and to a high standard.
• Schedule, participate in, and conduct project meetings.
• Oversee multiple projects, providing on-site supervision of various personnel.
• Review project documents, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate field installations and project closings.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management preferred.
• 5 years of project management experience in the electrical field preferred.
• Completion of, or initiative to enroll in, an approved electrical apprenticeship program preferred.
• High level interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication, organization, and technology/computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must adhere to quality work standards, projected man-hours, company guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Must interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Must report to the Operations Manager.
