Project Manager

About the role

Manage critical pre-sales feature development and post-sales issue resolution related to Fortinet’s key products. Work directly with R&D, Customer Support and Sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer escalations and work closely with sales and support engineers
• Understand and communicate customer’s new feature requirements and issues
• Track projects until a solution is delivered
• Respond to field requests with a sense of urgency and good judgment on case severity and business impact
• Communicate effectively (written and verbal) and maintain professionalism
• Work under pressure and be self-motivated, detail-oriented

Requirements

• Previous experience in project management, technical support, software development or QA
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc.

• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to field requests
• Show strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure

Pay

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$166,000.
