What You'll Do
- Lead multiple projects through all phases of planning, design, construction, and closeout
- Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and execution plans
- Monitor project performance, scope, schedule, and financial metrics
- Identify and manage project risks, changes, and out-of-scope requests
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, owners, and project stakeholders
- Build trusted client relationships through responsiveness, communication, and technical credibility
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for future work
- Support business development efforts and project pursuits alongside our Client Service Group
Team Coordination & Execution
- Cook up multidisciplinary project teams and resources
- Establish internal milestones and drive accountability for deliverables
- Facilitate communication between clients, project partners, and internal teams
- Ensure technical challenges are proactively addressed before they impact project outcomes
Construction Administration & Project Support
- Support project execution during construction through coordination of RFIs, submittals, site visits, and field activities
- Partner with construction administration staff to maintain responsiveness and project momentum
- Ensure project teams provide exceptional service throughout the construction phase
Leadership & Technical Excellence
- Provide technical guidance and project leadership to engineering teams
- Promote innovative solutions that create value for clients
- Support F&T's thought leadership, industry involvement, and professional visibility initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
- 10+ years of experience managing engineering or building systems projects
- EIT, PE, LEED, or other professional credentials preferred
- Strong understanding of building systems and project delivery processes
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and client relationships
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and competing priorities

Compensation
$110,000 - $160,000 salary; quarterly discretionary bonus
