Project Manager

About the role

Lead and manage projects involving the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems and solutions. Requires strong technical knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices, along with effective project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and timelines.
• Allocate and coordinate resources including engineers, technicians, equipment, and materials to keep projects on track.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Establish strong communication channels with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.
• Maintain project budgets and expenditures to ensure staying within financial targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Previous experience in electrical engineering, project management, or a related role.
• Experience with utilities, electrical system design, installation, and maintenance projects.
• 10+ years of experience or 5+ years of experience plus PMP certification.

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $150,000 annually.

This position pays between $100,000 and $150,000 annually and is an exempt position.
