Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Define project scope, create detailed work plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues.
• Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against established milestones, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Communication with Chief Information Officer: Maintain clear communication with the Chief Information Officer throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budget, identify cost variances, and implement necessary adjustments to stay within financial constraints.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards by overseeing testing processes and addressing identified defects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift and climb.
