Roles And Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with client's key stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion.
• Budget Management: Create, monitor, and control project budgets.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources and manage project teams, in budget.
• Quality Control: Ensure all aspects of project quality standards are met.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks ahead of time.
• Subcontractor & Manufacturer Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality.
• Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in project management within the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to excellence.
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new technologies.
• Minimum 4 years in Commercial Glazing project management and/or relevant achievements & performance.
• Minimum 2 Successful Project Completion, in full cycle.
