Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary, day-day liaison between E-logic corporate management and the USTDA Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Lead project planning, task scheduling, resource allocation, and baseline budgeting for the entire contract workforce.
- Establish, monitor, and enforce a comprehensive Quality Control Program to ensure all administrative deliverables meet or exceed federal performance standards.
- Draft, review, and deliver timely monthly progress reports, performance metrics, and operational evaluations to agency leadership.
- Cross-functional tasks across the administrative team, managing workload spikes and ensuring consistent coverage for all agency desks.
- Provide high-level technical oversight and hands-on operational support for live audiovisual (AV) equipment and meeting setups during key agency briefings.
Requirements
- Secret Clearance is mandatory.
- 15+ years of relevant experience in administrative services, corporate operations, or office management.
- College degree required (Business, Management, or related field preferred).
- Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills.
