Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the project and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel as required/necessary
• Review the project proposal or plan to determine the time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project
• Confer with project staff to outline the work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
• Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and set procedures to accomplish system objectives involving complex contracting applications
• Prepare project reports for management, clients, or others
• Maintain the accuracy of the forecasted cost at completion
• Ensure timely and successful completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction
• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff
• Achieve customer acceptance and timely sign-off of the project by the customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to travel up to 20%
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Microsoft Project experience
• Current PMP Certification
• HVAC industry experience

Pay

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,400 - $136,800 + 10% bonus in Virginia. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
