Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team to work on our Multifamily and podium projects. Based in the Pacific Northwest, we provide a range of services, including construction management, design-build, general contracting, and pre-development.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Superintendent on project
• Oversee all aspects of project completion
• Management of project budget, schedule, and quality
• Oversee contractual requirements and documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years of Multi-Family experience
• Experience as a PM running projects
• Strong communication and leadership
• Strong Leadership ability
