Major Accountabilities

  • Support department wide planning sessions
  • Aid in formalized meeting invites and follow-ups with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Aid in coordination of go-to-market tasks and timelines
  • Work with North America Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Sales Operations
  • Aid in adoption of project management system and system template set up

Requirements for Success

  • College graduate with 3-5 years experience in Marketing, Operations, Content Production
  • Experience with excel, powerpoint, outlook, project management system (Asana), digital asset management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Deadline oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communications skills, including specific writing experience
  • Candidate must be energetic, have a positive, can-do attitude and experience working in a team environment
