Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional projects in enterprise environments
• Manage project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder governance
• Work with both business and technology teams to drive execution
• Communicate effectively and resolve issues in fast-paced and evolving environments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, delivery management, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder governance
• Experience working with both business and technology teams to drive execution
• Strong communication, organization, and issue-resolution skills

Qualifications

• Preferred: Experience in wealth management, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Preferred: Experience with project financials, resource planning, and executive status reporting
• Preferred: Exposure to enterprise platform, digital, operations, or transformation programs
• Preferred: Experience in consulting or professional services environments

Pay

Pay Range: $50/hr-$60/hr
