Project Manager

Duties

• Lead project management activities for the Salesforce-based AAU Case Management Solution from discovery through go-live.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery dashboards.
• Cook up cross-functional business, technical, vendor, and stakeholder teams to support timely execution of project deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations in alignment with PMO governance standards.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, communicate progress, and support readiness activities for implementation and go-live.

Mandatory Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology implementations.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing the full SDLC, from discovery through go-live.
• Experience managing integrated schedules, RAID logs, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with government PMO standards and reporting cadence.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience supporting Salesforce-based case management or administrative adjudication solutions.
• Experience working with NYS government agencies or public sector technology initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder coordination, communication, and governance reporting skills.

Educational & Certification Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
