What Will You Do?

  • Cook up engineering, manufacturing, and procurement departments to bring the project to the customer based on a defined scope, within time and budget.
  • Keep track of project progress and set deadlines, including milestones, invoices, major material procurement, considering lead times, shared resources, and commercial priorities.
  • Manage the entire project life cycle:
    • Project Planning:
      • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
      • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Execution & Monitoring:
      • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects.
      • Track project milestones and deliverables.
      • Identify and mitigate risks.
    • Stakeholder Management:
      • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
      • Be the primary point of contact for project-related issues.
    • Resource Management:
      • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
      • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
    • Reporting:
      • Prepare progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
      • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
      • Cook up technical cost proposals.
      • Compile design submittals and O&M manuals and ensure all documentation is up to date and according to the scope defined in the kickoff meeting.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...

  • Sitting for long periods of time working on a computer / talking over the phone.
  • Standing for long periods of time.

Your Experience Should Be...

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Working knowledge of packaged portable, industrial or groundwater treatment systems and processes preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for interfacing with customers, engineering, sales, etc.
  • Practical experience with variety of water treatment system design and operation a plus.

Knowledge Skills High Competency w/ Microsoft Office Products:

  • Word, Office, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Intermediate Level for Excel is a plus (Use of Pivot Table, project tracking, shared spreadsheets, formulas).

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

PMP or other related certification, highly desirable.

International project management experience a plus.
