Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversees sub-contractors and confirms quality of work meets company regulations.
• Works on-site managing all aspects of a project's life cycle.
• Establishes and maintains professional working relationships with the project team.
• Ensures project timelines and compliance with contracts are met.
• Provides leadership and maintains good relations with the entire project team.
• Assists with special assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Prior project management experience in the construction environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, architectural, and other construction drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and handle high-pressure situations.
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Overnight travel responsibilities.
