Project Manager

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Works closely with organization stakeholders to create and maintain the organization-wide project plan roadmap.
• Identifies and manages project risks, issues, and dependencies to keep tasks and deliverables on schedule and within budget.
• Leads the project team through each phase, gathering stakeholder input to define requirements and communicating progress through meetings and status reports.
• Aligns the project team on scope, roles, timeline, and resourcing; creates and manages project plans and milestones, tracking progress and addressing variances.
• Proactively identifies, analyzes, and manages project risks/issues; escalates significant impacts to management and the project team as needed.

Minimum Skill & Education Requirements

• 3-5 years of related work experience in the field of project development and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management or related field.
• Project Management Certification – strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Project Management best practice concepts, basic statistical concepts & project life cycle.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
